  4. Dear friends-

I don't know what Mr. C is talking about but i don't have any pencils. In fact, i'm against his business all together. He's gipping you. Observe:

The average office max pencil costs about 11 cents. Mr. C's cost 25 cents. That means you're losing 14 valueable cents. If you buy 2 pencils, that's 28 cents lost.

Also, he sells 3 pencils for $1. There's 2 problems with this:

    A. At Mr C's unit rate price, 3 pencils should be 75 cents not $1.

    B. With my Office Max example, 3 pencils = 33 cents. You're losing 67 cents, which is more than enogh for a bag of hips at lunch.

I say we stop Mr Carrison at his money scheme and boycott his pencils!

  5. Typos #1-4:

#1: In problem #2, "weeks" should have an apostrophie.

#2: In problem #24, there should NOT be a space between "or" and "???"

#3: In the "100% fossil fuel" message, there should be a space between the comma after "dinosaurs" and "prehistoric"

#4: In the second paragraph of the Penci ad (which by the way is a rip-off!) "trade-in's" should NOT have an apostrophie.

You should have a stock market for your pencil company. The more you sell, the more MONEY you make!

  7. Hello Gang-

Because of Colpoys' efforts to put me out of business, i am giving away pencils tommorow only for 5 cents a pencil. All you guys have to do is come up to me and say "I am an annoying teenager (or twelve-year-old!)" 3 times in a row, then pay the amount. Refunds will be giving and some of your money will be returned GURANTEED!

  21. Hello All:

5 cents, 5 cents ME sell a pencil for 5 cents! You know that was a fake!

Roisin: Second comment! You can take the test if you want. Take a look at the study guide. We finished up the PowerPoint presentation. Most was a review. Your call but I think you will do fine.

You can use your NOTES tomorrow but sadly NOT this study guide. Please understand that this was not my call.

As in the past the spelling police are in a feeding frenzy!

Good luck tomorrow and remember to review/re-read this short chapter.

    Mr. Carrison

ps Next time Cole, next time!!!
